Our team will create a set of plans to meet your preferences and fit the guidelines for your county. Drawings will be reviewed and stamped by Mark Goldman, Architect.
Smooth Permitting
We will help you prepare and guide you to expedite the permitting process to receive county approval of your plans. We can support from land purchase to Certification of Occupancy.
